Insurance estimates, pricing, construction methods, and claim handling practices vary widely, and reports may not reflect all relevant project conditions, hidden damage, policy limitations, jurisdiction-specific requirements, workmanship standards, or insurer-specific guidelines.
EstiMate relies on information and documents provided by users and third parties, including insurance estimates, contractor scopes, pricing data, and related materials.
EstiMate is not responsible for inaccuracies, omissions, formatting issues, incomplete information, or errors contained in third-party documents or source materials uploaded to the service.

All content, software, report structures, logic systems, workflows, branding, designs, methodologies, text, graphics, and underlying platform functionality are the property of EstiMate or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Use of the service does not grant you ownership of the platform or any underlying systems, logic, or intellectual property.
By using the service, you acknowledge and agree that uploaded documents and derived data may be processed and stored for purposes including:
Where reasonably possible, data used for improvement purposes may be anonymized or de-identified.
You may request deletion of your uploaded data where applicable by contacting us using the information provided in Section 17.
Access to reports requires payment. By completing a purchase, you agree to:
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. EstiMate does not store payment card information.
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict access to the service at any time without notice or liability.
Because EstiMate provides digital services and generates custom reports immediately after submission, purchases are generally non-refundable once report generation has begun or a report has been delivered.
However, we may, at our sole discretion, provide refunds in limited circumstances, including:

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of EstiMate shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Arbitration shall take place in British Columbia, Canada, and the parties waive any right to participate in a jury trial or class-action proceeding to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When updates are made, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.
Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
